Clear Fork Development Group

Clear Fork Development Group is an Oorsil Enterprises subsidiary that seeks to build and transform the war-torn economy of the galaxy's independent regions and companies.  The Group offers venture capital and other business development services to aid small businesses, corporations, independent governments, and other concerns.  Clear Fork's business development activities include:

Venture Capital

Funds for start-up companies are hard to come by these days.  Clear Fork wishes to do its part to support young businesses in order to help rebuild the independent economy and more fully develop services available throughout the galaxy.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Among Clear Fork's primary operations is the successful takeover of other corporations.  Clear Fork targets failing business concerns and seeks to either rejuvenate them or restructure them completely.  With Clear Fork's expertise brought to bear, the resulting corporate entities are ready for far more than just fiscal viability.

Asset Reallocation

Clear Fork is also proficient at reallocating resources and assets from failed or failing corporations and redistributing them for maximum benefit.  This process may include simply restructuring existing institutions and organizations, or it may be necessary for our planners to divest from that which is.  In case of the latter, we have considerable experience that may be brought to bear in effort to maximize utility and earnings under a newly forged corporate structure.

Corporate Development

While Clear Fork must develop those companies that could only be saved by hostile takeover, we are also willing to hire out to restructure and manage other corporations.  Corporate entities under Clear Fork's development program are administered by expert management teams until such time as they are once again solvent, at which point control may be turned back over to local management, or the Group may be contracted to continue its development and management programs.
