Capsule: Rell was hired as a junior executive by the House Oorsil Bounty Hunter Guild shortly after its inception, recruited to fill a vital management gap in the guild's quartermaster division. Named Oorsil Enterprises's first Director of Resources, he helped solidify the OE branch office management doctrine still in place today, and he spent years overseeing all of the corporate family's numerous physical holdings, including not only the branch offices but the operations of Oorsil Castle and its staff and the massive Rendili Space Defense Platform orbiting Alaris II. He recently stepped down as OE's Resource Director to found a new development company, Ison Industries, based on Cloud City. His proven skill at generating capital and managing resources quickly made Ison Industries a major player in the region. After this success, Rell was nominated by Lord Oorsil to serve as the Javin Free State's first Minister of Interior; the nominated cabinet was quickly confirmed by the Senate. When the Ministry of Industry was spun off of Interior, Minister Rell shifted with it, losing his state facility and security portfolio in exchange for a more tightly focused ministry.
